INGREDIENTS
Water
3 large red chillies sliced lengthwise into 2 halves deseeded and white membrane removed
2 tsp. oil
1/2 cup finely chopped spring onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. red chilli powder
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 cup frozen corn kernels boiled in salted water and drained
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
1.Boil water and add red chilli halves to the boiling water.
2.Cook for about 5 mins or until crisp and tender.
3.Drain well and set aside. Heat oil in a pan.
4.Add onions and garlic.
5.Saute for 2-3 mins.
