INGREDIENTS

Mushroom 65
1 tsp - cornflour
1 tsp - maida
1 - egg
1/2 tsp - Ajinomoto
250g - mushroom
1 pinch - red colour

1/2 tsp - pepper powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
For gravy:
1 medium - onion
6-8 - green chillies
1 tsp - red chilly powder

1 tsp - garlic
2 tsp - yoghurt
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Spring onion, for garnishing
2 tsp - oil



METHOD

Mushroom 65
1.Wash, dry and cut the mushroom into pieces.
2.Mix cornflour, maida, salt, red food colour, pepper, egg and ajinomoto to make a thick batter.
3.Dip the mushroom in the batter; deep fry in oil.

For gravy:
1.Heat oil in another pan, add garlic, curry leaves, slit green chillies and onion.
2.Saute for a while.
3.Mix the yoghurt, chilli powder, salt, ajinomo one after the other.

4.Add fried mushroom and stir to coat the mushroom in the gravy.
5.Garnish with spring onion.
