INGREDIENTS

Tomato Mushrooms
Mushrooms- half lb (cut into small pieces)
Onion - One medium (chopped finely)
Tomato puree - one cup

Tomato Mushrooms
Garam masala - one tbsp
Elaichi powder - one -fourth tsp

Tomato Mushrooms
Turmeric powder - one-fourth tsp
Salt to taste

METHOD

Tomato Mushrooms
1.Take a frying pan with lid and heat two tsp oil in it.
2.Add the chopped onions and fry till they are pink in color.
3.Then add tomato puree, turmeric powder and salt.

4.Let simmer for a few minutes and then add the mushrooms.
5.Cover the frying pan for about 10 minutes.
6.Before removing from the stove add garam masala and stir well.

7.Add elaichi powder towards the end
8.Garnished with coriander leaves
9.Serve hot
