INGREDIENTS
mushroom-1 lb
spinach-one bunch
onion-1 medium to large
ginger & garlic paste-1 tb spoon
garam masala-3/4 tea spoon
tomato-1(or 1 tea spoon lemon juice)
turmeric powder-1/2 tea spoon
chilly powder-1 & 1/2 tea spoon
salt-as per taste
oil-2 tb spoon
METHOD
1.Cut mushroom into large peices.chop onion & tomato to a tiny pieces.
2.Cook the spinach in little wate for 5 minutes & grind to a coarse paste.
