INGREDIENTS

Mushroom Chili Fry
button mushroom, sliced - 200 gm
green peas, cooked - 1 cup
grated coconut - � cup
green chilies, chopped - 2 to 3


Mushroom Chili Fry
garlic - 6 flakes
oil - 2 tbsp
onion - 1 cup, sliced
curry leaves - few


Mushroom Chili Fry
chili powder - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
salt to taste



METHOD

Mushroom Chili Fry
1.Crush coconut with garlic and green chilies.
2.Heat oil in a kadai.
3.Add onion and fry till brown.
4.Add crushed ingredients and fry till fragrant.

5.Add curry leaves and all the powders.
6.After few seconds, add mushroom and salt.
7.Cook on low flame till mushrooms are cooked.

8.Add green peas and cook stirring till all the liquid from mushrooms is absorbed.
9.Serve with steamed rice and dal.
