Spicy Mushroom Pepper Fry


INGREDIENTS

Spicy Mushroom Pepper Fry
1 kg Mushroom cleaned and cut into half
2 stks Curry leaves
2 no Onion finely chopped
1 nos Green chilly
2 tsp Fennel seed (perumjeeragam)
1 T Ginger garlic paste
1 T Pepper powder
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves to garnish



METHOD

Spicy Mushroom Pepper Fry
1.Heat 2 tsp of oil.
2.Add fennel and wait for it to splutter.
3.Add curry leaves. add 2 finely chopped onion and fry till soft.
4.Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the aroma comes.


Spicy Mushroom Pepper Fry
5.Add the cleaned mushrooms cut into halves.
6.Add pepper powder,1 green chilly, salt to taste and mix well.
7.Add little water for the mushroom to cook. cook till the water reduces.
8.Sprinkle coriander andserve hot with roti or any rice dish
