INGREDIENTS

AndhraSpicy Mushroom Curry
250gms Mushrooms
1 cup sliced/2 Tomatoes
1 cup sliced Onions
3 Green Chillis
Cashew Pieces
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 tbsp Coconut paste


AndhraSpicy Mushroom Curry
2 Cloves
2 Cardamons
Cinnamon stick
1/4 tbsp fennel seeds
Pinch of NutMug powder
Salt
Coriander powder

1/4 tbsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
Curry leaves
Mint leaves
Coriander Leaves



METHOD

AndhraSpicy Mushroom Curry
1.Heat 5 Spoons of oil in pan over medium heat.
2.Place Cinnamon,Cloves,Green Chillis,NutMug powder,cashew pieces,Curry leaves fry for 2 mins
3.Place Onions,salt,Turmeric fry untill Onions turn to Golden Brown color.


AndhraSpicy Mushroom Curry
4.Place Ginger Garlic paste,Coconut paste fry it untill turn Golden Brown color.
5.Place Tomatoes,1 tbsp Red Chilli powder fry untill no lumps.
6.Place Mushroom slices,Coriander powder,Fennel seeds,Cloves powder cook for 15 to 20 min by 7.closing lid,no water added.
8.Garnish with Coriander leaves and Mint leaves.

9.Tasty Mushroom Curry is ready to eat with Rice or Roti.
