INGREDIENTS
2 cups mushrooms(cut into pieces)
1 cup paneer(cut into 1 cm cubes)
2 tbsps soya oil
1 tbsp garlic paste
1/2 cup chopped green capsicum
1/2 cup red chooped capsicum
1 cup chopped spring onion
2 tbsps malt vinegar
2 tbsps soya sauce
2 tbsps chilli sauce and
Salt to taste
METHOD
1.Heat the oil in a non stick fry pan.
2.Adding garlic paste,fry till dark brown.
3.Now add capsicums and mushroom.
4.Sprinkling little salt,keep covered on low flame till the vegetables become tender crisp.
5.Add paneer and spring onion.
6.keep stirring the mixture for one-two minutes.
7.Finally add rest of the ingredients.
8.Keep stirring for about two minutes.
