Mushroom Patties Recipe

INGREDIENTS

• 2 Cups Mushrooms
• 1 Cup Peas
• 2 Potatoes
• 2 Onions

• 2 Tsp Chili Powder
• 1 Tsp Garam Masala
• 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
• 1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger

• Salt to Taste
• Oil
METHOD

• Boil mushrooms, potatoes and peas.
• Peel off the outer skin and mash the potatoes.
• In heated oil, sauté chopped ginger and onions.

• Add mashed mushrooms, garam masala, lemon juice, peas, salt and chili powder.
• Add mashed potatoes into cups. Stuff it with above mixture.

• Join the edges together and make them flat.
• Fry it with oil till it turns brown.
